The cacao used is not your average chocolate — it’s a raw, potent, and minimally processed plant that has been used for centuries in the sacred rituals of Central and South American indigenous peoples. It contains natural compounds like theobromine, which gently stimulates the body, uplifts the mood, enhances circulation, and is rich in active antioxidants that nourish both the body and nervous system.
Sacred songs and mantras
Together, we will awaken ancient ancestral power songs and invite them to dance with us in our shared space. We’ll sing mantras and explore the origins and transformative power of these sacred songs.
Visits to power places around Corfu
Between the retreat sessions, we’ll embark on several nature walks to discover the sacred sites of Corfu and recharge under the warm Mediterranean sun. Together, we’ll connect with the local natural energies and create a bond with the earth and the elements around us.
